Blasphemous Endings Guide

Welcome to the Blasphemous Endings Guide, we will provide you all the steps to get both endings, Ending B and Ending A in one playthrough

There are two possible endings (A & B) and you can get both of them during one single playthrough. First you need to get the B ending (the bad one), and then you can get also the A Ending (the good one)

Blasphemous Endings – Ending B

Reach the final area of the Deambulatory of his Holiness an Defeat His Holiness Escribar & Last Son of the Miracle. Then head to the right, make your way up the ash pile and get the Ending B.

You will also get The Path of the Unworthy achievement and the true Apostasy Skin as rewards

Blasphemous Endings – Ending A

There are several steps to complete and we listed them in order:

Inmaculate Bead

1- Get the Immaculate Bead: Here is the guide to get it – Immaculate Bead

2- Corrupt the Immaculate Bead: To corrupt it equip it and die 3 times, then the immatulate bead will corrupt into the Bead: Weight of True Guilt

Guilt Challenge Rooms

3- Complete all Guilt Challenge Rooms: Equip the Bead: Weight of True Guild and clear every Guilt Room in Cvstodia. To get into all the Guilt challenge rooms you need to detroy all the statues

4- Mother of Mothers Guilt Challenge Room: Complete this Guilt Challenge Room to get the Budding Sprout

5- Library of Negated Words: Complete this Guilt Challenge Room to get the Grown Sprout and also the Heart of Single Tone

6- Wall of Prohibitions: Complete this Guilt Challenge Room to get the Thorny Briar

7- Brotherhood of the Silent Sorrow: Complete this Guilt Challenge Room to get the Bloodstained Briar and also the Embers of a Broken Star

8- Grievance Ascends: Complete this Guilt Challenge Room to get the Crimson Briar

9- Graveyard of the Peaks: Complete this Guilt Challenge Room to get the Scaly Coin and also the Vine Braided in Blood

10- Mercy Dreams: Complete this Guilt Challenge Room to get the Seashell of the Inverted Spiral and the Custodia of Sin

When you complete the 7 Guilt Challenge Rooms you will get the Custodia of Sin as reward. Go back to the Deambulatory of his Holiness an Defeat His Holiness Escribar & Last Son of the Miracle. Then head to the right, make your way up the ash pile and get the Ending A.
